So I got the keratin treatment done to my hair but the salon was out of stock on shampoo so now need to know if I can get it from somewhere else like boots etc?

I first got Pantene Clinicare after my Keratin, and it didn't suit my hair at ALL! My hair felt full of product. I now use Mane n Tail shampoo + conditioner (original) from Waitrose and I LOVE IT!!! I used Herbal Essences pink coloured hair one for a while and it was quite nice too. Pantene is terrible for hair. I was told by hairdressers never to use it as is full of soap

i use the 100% organic Bio Shampoo [url=http://www.alonwancosmetics.com/True-Keratin-Hair-Shampoo'>link[/url'> its quite pricey than the normal brands but you can never go wrong with this organic especially my hair was damage...they have a hair masque too [url=http://www.alonwancosmetics.com/True-Keratin-Hair-Masque'>link[/url'> very good for softening dry hair...like mine! hahaha

I found a Shampoo & Conditioner that I think is good just from our local supermarket, Al Maya, in the Marina. It is called nuNAAT Brazilian Keratin Deep Moisturising Shampoo and the same but Conditioner. It is sodium chloride free & cheap too. I have used it since I ran out of the Kerastraight stuff

Check with the professional salons - I use Paul Mitchell sulpahte-free shampoo. I think it's called Avupa and has extracts of wild ginger black tube). You can use L'oreal Kerastase Masque as an intense conditioner.

Check with the salon who did your keratin though, some keratins have special shampoos which help prolong the keratin, other shampoos can remove the keratin in your hair whether its sulphate free of not! i had the keratin done and because i used a different, although sulphate free, shampoo, it only lasted a couple of weeks :(

Biotin Shampoo in the pharmacy in Spinneys is sulphate free. It also lathers well which many sulphate free shampoos don;t !
