http://www.ifyouski.com/ski-resorts/useful-info/transfers/munich.aspx Just an idea. Kitzbuhel is not so far, it's a famous ski resort. Guess it's expensive.

We fly to Geneva and then get collected and taken about 1.5 hrs, weather dependant to Flaine. Stay at Montsoleil Apartments, ski in and out..

There are so many good places in the Alps :-) Very simple is taking the Emirates direct flight to Geneva. From there you take the bus. E.g. this company has several skiing locations available: http://www.geneva-shuttle.com/en/w17692/rates-of-transfers-to-or-from-the-airport-of-geneva-transfer-to-annecy-avoriaz-morzine-megeve-tignes-val-d-isere-les-menuires.html Chamonix - around 1.5 hours from Geneva airport Avoriaz - bit less than 2 hours Val Thorens - over 2 hours Meribel - over 2 hours It depends a lot what kind of a place you are looking for: tall mountains, safer & smaller, powder at the top, steep, off-ski...? This site is great for estimating the transfer times between airports and the slopes. http://www.igluski.com/ski-resort-transfer-times
