Just an idea. Kitzbuhel is not so far, it's a famous ski resort. Guess it's expensive.
There are so many good places in the Alps :-)
Very simple is taking the Emirates direct flight to Geneva. From there you take the bus. E.g. this company has several skiing locations available:

Chamonix - around 1.5 hours from Geneva airport
Avoriaz - bit less than 2 hours
Val Thorens - over 2 hours
Meribel - over 2 hours
It depends a lot what kind of a place you are looking for: tall mountains, safer & smaller, powder at the top, steep, off-ski...?
This site is great for estimating the transfer times between airports and the slopes.
