Well with Amanda Knox appeal verdict due today, just wondering how many of us thinks she's guilty or innocent? At the end of the day it's the family of Meredith Kercher I feel most sorry for but I just hope the right verdict comes through.

I don't think she is guilty of murder, but I do think she is guilty of misleading the police and I do think there is something else that she knows about it. She is hiding something.

I have found the case intriguing since day dot, but for some reason I just can't figure out if she is guilty or not. I think her blaming the innocent man in the beginning was a HUGE mistake but yes, she must have been petrified, whether she was involved in the murder or not.

I'm not sure. She was good friends with Meredith, so surely she wouldn't have wanted her dead. If she is guilty, I think as Derien said it: she was so far gone on drugs that she didn't really know what was going on. Wouldn't anyone's eyes go cold after being locked up for a few years - guilty or not??

No, she is innocent. The prosecutor is currently fighting a previous conviction for abuse of office - he's come up with wacky satanic *** ritual theories before - that provided totally unfounded. I think the guy just has a fetish for weird *** murders and likes to imagine that they happen all the time.

I think that she is guilty. Without knowing all the evidence, a huge sign of guilt to me is that she lied about an innocent man. If she were innocent, why would she feel the need to lie? But I just have a feeling she will be freed...
