I think she's tried Huggies, and looking for an alternative. Ive heard Aldi are really good, and cheap, but haven't tried them myself. Ive used Huggies, DriBot (from target) and the Coles brand too, but prefer BabyLove. DriBot are effective (and wider like you're looking for) but the material feels quite cheap. Try Itti Bitti nappies!

Back in Oz we use Huggies they are awesome but the quality of them here are just awful!!! We use Pampers premium care (white pack) and they are great. For extra absorbing during the night I use the Orange Night time Pampers pack.

Doh!!!! OK as you were then everyone, I'll get my coat. If you're ever in Dubai and needing nappies, try Carrefour ;) :D

I found that Huggies leak and the lining of pampers stick to your babies bum so if its slightly sore and you have to peel it of its hurrendous! I always used Sainsburys own at home which are brill! And in Dubai I tried all different ones but settled on Carrefours own, just like Sainsburys back home :) I was impressed Unless I've misunderstood, I think she's looking for nappies in Australia. ;) No Carrefour here! :D I thought I was going mad :) That's what I assumed when she was asking about Aussie nappies!

I agree with YP that Carrefour are the best you can get here. As a bonus, they are also significantly cheaper than the big brands too! Yup they are, added bonus!

I found the best and most cost efficient nappy to be the home-brand nappy from Aldi! I only use disposables at night and agree, these ones are good value for money. I'm boycotting Aldi at the moment though since I realised they stock products that appear to knowingly copy other brands!

I know lots of people like Huggies, but I find they leak poo all the time! I started using BabyLove on my 5 month old, and they are definitely wider, and not as bulky. Though Ive started using reusuable nappies... I only use disposables at night time now. See [u'>www.productreview.com.au[/u'> for public opinions on any Aussie products.
