Shred It With Weights? Heavens, that sounds like torture to me! Thanks for the offer but I found it on a pay-to-download site so I'm going to do that now while I have my ham on toast and a cup of tea, then I'm going to finish off the last of my Dairy Milk in the fridge (just so it's not sitting there tempting me) and then tomorrow it begins :D.

My mum brought my copy over from the UK tho I believe you can download it from Vuze...otherwise you can borrow my copy when I finish in 11 days! I'll be moving on to SHRED IT WITH WEIGHTS. <<pulling a scared face>>

Is there a DVD? This sounds like just what I need - I have a friend's wedding to go to at the beginning of April and I do NOT want to go looking like this!

Highly recommend The 30 Day Shred by Jillian Richards. Only 20 mins per day and you REALLY see results. Look for the "January Shredding Thread" on the main forum for support. I've been doing it since my son was 11 weeks and I am back in pre pregnancy clothes and very happy!

I need to get my backside in gear, but DS is too active for me to take him to a training session and I want to get my exercise done in the daytime. I was thinking I could do a post-birth workout DVD while he has his long nap. Any suggestions?
