Hi we narrowed down our search through dubizzle.com. Would definately recommend spending a few hours on that flicking through the pics and getting an idea of rental prices. Most apartmemts you will have to pay the a/c, water, electricity, tv, internet on top of your rent although the maintenance is covered in your rent. There are a few apartments with all inclusive prices but they are in the minority.
