Out of the nurseries you had done I only went to see 3 of them which are Children's Oasis, London & Paris and Blossoms. All very good nurseries in their own way. It is very much a personal choice. Another good nursery is Rising Star.
You will know once you have found the one.
Fullymine, to rate it a person would have had to have had experience in each, which is probably going to be tough ;)
I am sure Blossoms is a fabulous place, but am also sure it closes for long periods during school holidays (Spring break, Christmas, Eid etc + half terms).
Blossoms gives you the choice of an academic year and also all year round. They are closed for I think 4 weeks of the year two of them being over Christmas.
Thanks sunyani.
IS Paris London Nursery the only nursery that offers English/French languages?
i think childrens garden in jumeirah is also teaching in english and french
Yes, English, French , and Arabic
we ve got our daughter at the INSPIRE nursery in Jumeirah www.inspireallchildren.com close to the big spinneys at al wasl rd.
can highly recommend it!
One of the best choices I made for my daughter also!
Thanks sunyani.

PS: Fullymine - forgot to add that I love the look and feel of the Children's Oasis nurseries. Hard to get in though and you'd ultimately have to see how you like the people.
Shaf and Appletiser - I have to say that if you can't answer the question, it's sometimes best not to answer at all. We don't all have the priviledge of having our LO's at home. Some may be supporting family back home and there's a whole host of other reasons why we have to make the very personal, incredibly difficult decision of sending them to nursery. This forum is about empathy and support. Fullymine - check out Little Scholars Academy and I was very impressed recently by Willow. My DD has blossomed into a beautiful little social butterfly. Good luck to you.

If we lived closer, that's were I'd send DS. I thought it was wonderful.
Thanks, Miss Balamory.
i am so confused.. naturally like any other mum out there, i want the best for my son!. and you are right it is tough having to rate which is best!
i don't even know if i should put my son in nursery in 2 months (he will b 9 months then). I can have his current nanny stick around for 2 months.
I want him to see other kids and interact with them.. and most importantly start learing.. there is so much a nanny could teach a 9 month old at home!
Thank you so much.
so sofar i have these reccommendations:
Children oasis
Blossoms
London Paris
Raffles
Little learners
I dont care about money as long as the place is perfect for my LO.
from your experience, and if you can, would you kindly rate the top nurseries i have mentioned above from 1 to 5, 1 being the best?
thanks
Childrens Oasis. 2 branches. Both Umm Suqeim Area. Following British Curriculum. http://www.childrensoasisnursery.com/
Be prepared long waiting list to getting for 2 year olds. Maybe younger ones might have a better chance.
yes being with me is the best option, but this is not an option! i am a working mum!
thanks for the recommendations ladies, i will check out blossoms, little learners and london paris.
any other ones?
Thanks,
FM
There is London & Paris Nursery opposite Jumeriah Beach Hotel. I have a little one at Blossoms which is just off Al Wasl Road. I know they cater for the working mother.
Hi Ladies,
I have a 7 month old and i am already thinking about putting him in a nursery so that he sees other kids and start learning (better than staying at home with a nanny (that decided to leave us i may add) and learn nothing!)
Any offer french/ english?
i work so ones that open till 5 or 6pm is a plus.
I might think about putting him in a nursery few days a week until he is 1 year then he can start going fulltime.
just gathering thoughts right now and looking into options.
Thanks,
FM
