DS and I were just a few metres after the half way turn on beach road and cheered everyone, right along til 10.30 when just the last few stragglers were doing their best. We had a fab time as usual. Glad to know that the clapping and cheering is appreciated because sometimes runners are so in the zone they must not hear and we always worry that we are distracting them. Well done to everyone. See you next year.

DH ran the full marathon today, I am so proud of him! this is his 3rd attempt and he completed it this morning :) DS1 and I went out to the Beach Rd to cheer him on, "Complete the race this year Baba!"
