I second the Murooj Rotana option. Went there with some lebanese friends as its their favorite and it was a fantastic evening. Does start late though, I think we went at 10.30 as a compromise and no-one else turned up until at least an hour later!

Bab Al Shams is great for food ,atmosphere and belly dancing x we had a great time . They cook meat underground in enourmous stoves and winch it out of the ground ...

The Lebanese restaurant at Dubai Marine (Al Qasr) is supposed to be fun but make sure you book ahead as it's supposedly always really busy.

The Arabic restaurant in al Murooj at the Defense "roundabout". It's great! The show starts very late by Western standards, though.

There is one at Atlantis... I think its called Levantine? You can sit outside. It might be in the Entertainer voucher book too!
