Hi Ladies

can someone please recommend a really really good specialist in Dubai for back pain.

Basically I've been suffering now for a few years and it started out in the lower back and has now gone to the middle back. I get really stiff muscles and pain along my spine and it really affects my sleep. Seems to get worse at night or when lying down for long periods.
Even sitting now if i twist around to either side i can feel the pain in the middle of my back, almost like a bruised feeling

I've been going for physio which was helping to some extent but now seems like its not really helping as much anymore. I used to get really good relief for a couple of weeks after and now it doesn't seem to help at all.
I've also seen Chiropractors and an Osteopath in the past

Looking for something to get more permanent relief but not somewhere that will just suggest surgery straight away as i definitely don't want to go down that road.

I googled and there are a lot of doctors and hospitals which come up but i really don't know which ones are the best

Or is it best to go back to my normal GP, have another MRI scan done/referred (had one done about 2 years ago) and then go from there??

TIA :-)

TIA :-) Try Dr Sean Miner, at California Chiropractic center, he is very good. I feel down the stairs and was in a wheelchair for weeks, had lots of therapy with him and I am so much better.
