House Maid being disrespectful
Hello ladies ,
Sorry for the long Roman ...
We be hired a maid from Sri- Lanka she's been with us for 3 months now. She is behaving since a few weeks a bit impolitely ... Like cut me off when I'm correcting her about her mistakes or just tell that it's not big deal. I've to say We hired her because we liked her a lot above all other girls during the interview. And in the beginning she was all fine and we are treating her very well , we are a small family and she gets loads of time off . Matter of fact we are traveling to France for 2weeks and we've booked a resort for her during that time. But I'm trying to understand what's wrong with her but I still don't have a clue. I'm not sure if she's taking all these for granted , besides she's not that hard working as she claim during the interview , she has still loads to learn and I understand based the fact that she worked with Arabic fam before.
There are days she's ok but next day's she'll behave as if two house mates are sharing same roof.
I don't wanna cancel her visa bcoz it will be a waste...Has anyone encounter similar situation or what do u suggest I should do.??
