or you could try Tasleem Sayani (www.jamesberrylaw.ae), she's an English solicitor at a firm in Dubai. I've had a presentation on wills from her before and she seemed good. I think they also do fixed fees for wills or wills for couples. She's also presenting at the EPW Finance and Legal evening on wills so you could go along to that for more info.
