That would be cool ... maybe we can appeal to the powers that be!! .. I usually grab a taxi to Festival City, never ventured on the bus .. may be one day

Wish they would bring back the Burjuman coffee mornings now the hot weather is coming back-used to be so nice to walk to a coffee morning!

Hi Nicky, welcome to Bur Dubai. Unfortunately the weather is getting warm (but thank goodness not humid yet), otherwise it is a good neighborhood to walk around, and you can walk to Karama for delicious food as well. Wuffles, I have never been to an EW coffee morning, and if you ladies trust my driving, I would be glad to be the chauffeur for Tuesday morning. We can meet at Burjuman? Sounds good-I am sure your driving is just fine!

Hi and welcome to Bur Dubai. You are in my neck of the woods. I would have you over for coffee but have visitors coming for a week and have studipdly emptied out all the cupboards to do a big clean up so you probably couldn't get through the door. Hopefully everything will fit back in. I think there a few EWs more around your age in Bur Dubai too
