I'm having a hard time understanding which forms are required for the exit visa. I looked at the polo website and I for some reason ended up more confused! Could someone email them to me? or let me know which ones I need? [email protected] Also, would anyone know how I could go about getting a copy of our maid's contract? We've moved, and for the life of me don't know where the contract is (and neither does our maid). Thanks so much.

Please note though that they have some new laws from last week and I'm hearing that they need to have medicals in their home country and also here - when your housemaid goes to the polo office with the forms I send you - make sure she asks about the new laws...... if there is any new info it would be worth posting on here for everyone to know.... so....send me your e mail and I will send the forms etc to you.....

just ressurecting this thread does anyone have the forms they can email me? my maid is going back for two weeks and i understand she needs this to be able to exit the phillippines. someone told me sometimes they have difficulty returning if there is not a minimum amount of salary on the employment agreement - anyone else encountered this? thanks
