There is a good Salon in Dubai Marina and its name is Jacquesla Coupe, You can contact with them at [email protected]. They are really professional in Keratin Treatment, they are using True Keratin USA brand and its result is really awesome. You can also buy True Keratin Products online in UAE from here [url=http://www.alonwancosmetics.com/True-Keratin'>Click Here[/url'>

I have had the Keratin treatment about 5 times now, and my hair looks fabulous afterwards, its perfect for high humidity weather as it keeps your hair wonderfully sleek, and contrary to reports does not damage the hair. I have always gone to Maria Dowling 04 3454225, and it costs nowhere near 2,000 AED, it depends upon the length, if your hair is very curly etc there are different forms of Keratin treatment. Prices usually start around 500 AED. Give them a call and they will provide you with more information... :)

I havent had it done (I would love to when I had long hair though), but I was at my hairdressers on Thursday last week and watched a lady have her very long hair treated with Keratin - it looked amazing and so shiny, flowing and healthy, and of course very straight. I understand she cant wash her hair for a few days though. I dont know how much it costs but Ibrahim is reasonably priced and I get great discounts! He owns Headlines salon on the Mezzanine floor in the Capital Hotel (nr the flag). Contact him on 04 346 0012. He is THE best hairdresser I have had, and now I have short hair Im even happier as he is the only one that can cut my hair as I like it! edited by Babylons on 14/08/2011

First time had it done during my holidays back home. It was the one that allows you to wash and tie your hair straight after. It was ok but not great. Second time around I did it in my usual salon in Dubai and it's great. I used the product that you leave in for 4 days and had to come back every day to get my hair straightened again. Right now my hair is straight and so soft. I got it done 2 months ago and have only used the hair dryer twice during that time (needed a fancy look for the night). Otherwise it is straight and straight - no curls or waves. I didn't find that it stuck to my scalp. Yes the hair is dead straight but that's the point of Keratin right? I went to Salon Lemoni in Barsha (near Lulu and Summerland appartments) - Antoinette did my hair and did a wonderful job! edited by DubaiMaman on 14/08/2011

If you're still looking there's a deal now on yallabanana.com for Top 2 Toes - will cost you 399 instead of the normal 2000. Don't know why it's normally so incredibly expensive!!!! Cobone also pretty good to keep your eye on if you want to avoid paying full price but no deals at mo.

I had the keratin treatment twice over 2.5 years. Yes there are chemicals, but which hair procedure doesnt. First time had the Qod brand, had to leave for 4 days before washing, no tying to avoid kink. Few months ago had it for second time, same salon but different product, this one there is no wait time. Hair washed in salon and i could tie or wash the next day. Found this time round , hair was better condition and easier to maintain. Hair also wasnt flat like the first time. Cant remember product name, had it done at the ladies salon at Dubai Marine resort opposite Lime tree cafe on beach road

Hi, I can't recommend any place, because according to a friend experience, it's very bad for hair ! Even if they say it's natural treatment ... It's not true coz it's chemical treatment with keratin !!! Good luck !
