Hi ladies, I am addicted to the garlic sauce that you get in Lebanese restaurants, and would love to make it at home.

Does anyone know the receipe? I'm wondering whether perhaps I can try and make a low fat version with natural yoghurt, as I hate to think of the amount of cream or olive oil they use that makes it taste so damn good!

You get it in Lulus as well and so cheap too!

I've got this on my menu in my Lebanese cooking class if anyone wants to learn how to make it ;-)

You can buy it in Spinneys at the deli counter - I eat it by the truck load. Love to dip roasted chicken in it.

Miam miam delicious! I only know Toum versus aioli to spread on the toasted bread and eat with bouillabaisse. Will try to make it at home.

It's called Toum. Look up for a recipe, I think its mostly olive oil, lemon juice and garlic.
