My pool needs retiling, my garden is a mess and the irrigation system is leaking on all sides, my grass is dying, my water heater in the kitchen broke, my Dewa bill is sky high due to leaking irrigation system.... bleugh now I need to get onto Emril and get someone to look at the garden and find more quotes for the pool.

Any tips for leaking irrigation? Anyone had their garden overhauled? More companies that can re-tile would also be great! We're in AR, Saheel by the way.

Feeling quite down about all this. I know it will cots money and not sure what the LL will want to contribute...

I know it will cots money and not sure what the LL will want to contribute... :( Is the pool the responsibility of the landlord ? it should be _ apart from water but the actual system/pumps/heater/chillers and maintenance should be covered by the landlord..check your contract .. all major maintenance is the responsibility of the LL anything minor upto 500-1000 is down to the tenant again .. check your contract .. I would suggest sacking the gardener if the gardens a mess ..

Thanks Jules I will give Wassim a call. Princess that's what I've done and am doing, but for some reason even with the system being off there still seems to be water seeping out... hence the hefty Dewa bills. The LL has a maintenance contract with Emril, so the internal stuff should be sorted through them.

oh i know how you feel! we're having an overhaul of our garden at the moment, also in saheel. we have put in a new pool through absolute pools, maybe they can help with the retiling (for fibreglass pools though) and our landscaping company is doing all the retiling/paving etc, they may be able to tile your pool as well if you have tiles. they maintain our irrigation and all the rest as well - we use Dreams Flowers, call Wasim on 050 886 0931. re internal stuff, we have a maintenance contract with Al Hilal, call imran on 050 378 4764. we own though, so not sure who is responsible if you're a tenant....good luck in getting it sorted
