Replace her. Home twice in 7 months and stealing things already spells only trouble and more drama to come. My thoughts exactly. Do it now so that you can find a new maid before your new baby arrives.

My maid was worn few times not to take anything without asking. She took food, cans, diapers with her once when she went on holiday to the phillippine. She took things that belong to me like, paper bags, or products...We warned her one last time if she takes anything without asking she will be sent back. When she asks we give hr everything, she went back home twice in 7 months because she had problem with fmaily and we let her. All this and now we find out she took some clothes and hid them in the stock room.??? Whats going on with her taking things....i dont know if she took other stuff but up to now its that... She is great with the kids, i have one on the way, and we got used to her.....but is this a good reason to keep her?? I am worried about what the next maid will have, because i need one since i am all by myself raising these kids.... What would you do?
