Got this from google. Sensa is made up of the corn-derived maltodextrin, silica, tricalcium phosphate, artificial flavoring, yellow coloring (Yellow 5), soy, milk and carmine Its a powder you sprinkle over your food before you eat it. It apparently suppresses the apetite and you end up eating less than usual (almost like a diet pill in powder form). No special food. You eat as normal.

Coolbabe: yes, I bought it at GNC on SZ road. So far so good, you just sprinkle on EVERYTHING you eat and you find youself eating less but feeling fuller. It is basically supresses your appetite. Sandy_dog: no, you eat what you normally would, but you will eat less of it as your appetite ss supressed. I have not changed my diet. Trick is to eat every 3 hrs to keep your metabolism going and drink lots of water as well. At gnc the cost is 350 dirhams for two months supply
