Imwork form the federal government and no news as tomour holidays. DH nephew works in a private company and was told both Sundays 27 th and 4 th are off.

I work in the Private sector for us it was announced Sunday 27th and Sunday 4th will be holidays for us :) Is there any link to any newspaper or formal announcement? So i can send it to my boss?! I got excited!!! Was too sad upon seeing that both dates fall on weekends on which I don't work anyway!

so.. i went to my boss and said "next saturday is an official holiday" He said "i dont care" I said "but everyone else is on vacation" He said "I will pay my staff overtime" which of course he wont. what a B'stard!!!! Always go to Ministry of Labour :)

Before i go fight with my boss *ANGRY FACE* 26th Nov is Islamic New Year and 2nd December is National Day Both are public holidays I dont work on a Saturday and do not get a day in Leiu as they both fall on weekends The newspapers hasnt announced extra for the private sector as of yet.
