Green Lakes Towers - massive drop in quality!

I have been living in Green Lakes Towers (JLT) for the last 2 years and during the last months I have noticed a massive drop in quality of the common areas: saunas in the health clubs never work, gym has 2 machines broken (1 of them for more than 6 months now) and they are not replaced, lack of soap in the showers and no hot water.
I was considering renewing my lease but because all of these reasons I am very reluctant. Anybody else is experiencing these kind of problems in their accommodation? Which options do you have as a tenant to make things change in your tower?
