Hi,
We just moved to Dubai about a month ago and live in JBR. I have a five year old in school and the three year old is home with me. Its nice we have the beach/sand to play in, but I;m looking for a park near by. I know Safa park is supposed to be nice, but does anyone know of a playground close by? Thanks in advance!!!

thanks! i actually got lucky and found the amwaj door to the playground open.....:) However, my daughter only wanted to play there a few minutes...I will def. check out the Barsha park and Um sequiem though! <em>edited by hebahj on 05/02/2012</em>

There is a small playground in the Amwaj section of JBR and also a playground across from the Jumeirah Lakes Towers Metro station.

sorry, I forgot to mention.....obviously one that does not require residence at the specific location, if its in a neighborhood. I am new here.....but Um Sequiem park is very nice. Women and kids only on certain days.... Down beach road....free to get into....nice view of Burj and clean park.
