I called 155 and asked how you would do this from overseas, they said normally you would just call 161 from inside the UAE but from overseas you need to call +971 555 678161 and then you will be prompted to follow these steps Input password Input 8 to access mailbox settings Press 1 to select change greeting Press 1 again if you want to record custom greeting Press 1 again to save end the call I do hope that works for you!
