Is the MOE now open 24 hours a day? Does that include Debenhams? If not, does Debenhams usually open at 10 or earlier? (I did try and call Debenhams, no answer, so I am hoping someone here knows something!) Thanks.

I think there is 24 hour shopping in malls in Dubai for Eid al Adha, but for some reason starting this week-end, and just for the week-end, but I could be completely wrong, sorry! I know the 24 hour shopping is not permanent. In the normal course of things, Debenhams in the MoE opens at 10 am, I belive.

I dont know when the 24 hour mall openings begin but normal opening hours are 10 am for all but c4 I thought.
