Is there such a thing as a couples hammam?

Hello ladies,
I have never done the hammam thing before and DH is keen to try it too - has any one been to a couples' one...O & O looks like they have separate facilties for men and women. I imagine it would be a bit awkward - would it have to be a male scrubbing down DH? :-/ Anyways if anyone has been to a good one would love to hear of it. Thanks!
