Not forgetting the fire alarms go off 3-4 times a day, the screaming children playing in the corridors, broken A/C, toilets, lights and light fittings. Men staring if you go out walking alone. Horrendous traffic and dangerous overtaking on the main road at times. There is no gym despite being promised this was sales talk.
The shop is good, it's planted nicely and it has pools.
The management are dire and I also dislike living here and don't feel particularly safe at times. I won't be here next year. Unfortunately you get what you pay for here. Or what your employer pays for.

Hi,
I live in Ritaj....as this is where my employer put it me. I do NOT like it at all. I work in Dubai, so find the travelling horrendous, especially trying to get home. It took me 2hrs 40 mins to get home from Mall of the Emirates the other day. I left the mall at 4:30pm. There are so many crazy truck and Labourer bus drivers who just pull out on you. Ritaj has lots of kids just wandering around, and now the Mosque is open the Labourers come over and then wander around too. Also power bills are high out here for some reason.Oh and taxis are not keen to come out here either. Rent in town unless you work out here!
