Just checked online and there are quite a few salons in Dubailand. Check out Sheba salon, they use L'oreal products: http://lilypondspa.com/products/our-brands/ The site has a location map as well. If you google Dubailand salons, some more names will come up. HTH

You can find them at lots of hair salons but they are much cheaper online at lookfantastic.com (free worldwide delivery) and it takes less than two weeks for delivery to the UAE.
