I am really sorry that I can't help you. I booked a chalet in February and I now have no memory of how I did it.

Did you create a user profile first? I had trouble doing it at first too because I didn't have a user name.

could you please tell me what you did to book this? I have tried booking online, hit the apply button and registered but it just took me to the page with the fees detailed. I can't seem to go further than there. would really appreciate your help, I've been trying to book one of these for ages!

I am not WA, but this link might help - looks as if you can book and pay online these days: https://portal.dm.gov.ae/SCWebUI/DataDetails.aspx?servicecode=3944&id=2188&parentid=0&name=SER485&DeptId=32

Thanks so much ladies, this is great info, they sound like just what we need. Want to bring a travel cot so little one can have a nap during the day in comfort. Fairfield can you remember if there was air con? Also, are they hard to find. I'm presuming then that I don't need to drive down there to book in advance.... if I want to go on a week day this week I can just turn up?

I went to book one a couple of weeks ago and was told that bookings are essential Friday/Saturday but not during the week. They open at 9am and shut at late in the evening, 11pm maybe, you can't stay overnight. prices range from 160 - 210 dirhams a day. If booking, you have to go down there and pay in advance, you can't do it over the phone.

Hi We hired one in November when we had family visiting and I was quite impressed. I think I had pretty low expectations, so maybe that was why I was impressed, which is probably very unfair as the park is really very well looked after. There is a bathroom with shower, a living room area with sofas and arm chairs, a kitchen counter area with sink, there is a high table with some stools (I think there were stools, but maybe not), there is a fridge and then outside there is a table with benches and a bbq. Everything was clean and functional, no interior design awards, but practical and user friendly. The fridge could have done with a good defrost, but apart from that we were very happy and would definitely go again. Let me know if you have any other questions! FFx
