Looking for a website to do this. You know, the ones where you answer questions and get a report in the end? Been thinking about the way I do things and generally the way I am, and been analyzing myself. Love to talk about it with a big group, and hear what others have to say and if there are many people out there who are like me. Cause generally, I don't see a lot of people like me:( I do have a lot of friends but we connect on different levels. Is it okay to and not against the rules to have a duscussion of the sort here?

The Myers-Briggs Test has decent test-retest reliability and validity. It is used within the corporate environment a lot - both in recruitment and team-building contexts, so I would recommend that one: http://www.humanmetrics.com/cgi-win/JTypes2.asp

I would agree that a lot of them are BS, but the fact that so many HR depts use them, they're good for knowing how you might be assessed. Some are better than others. This link is for a very typical assessment used by HR in the US: http://www.humanmetrics.com/cgi-win/JTypes2.asp And here's some of the breakdown HR would be using: http://www.hrpersonality.com/home/

just do a google search, although I think they're a load of BS, friend of mine did this and she is the most unorganized person I've met in my life, but she is delusional and answered the questions like an organized person would, and low and behold the test came back saying she's organized!
