Blu has a kiosk at Ibn Batuta and they have the stock, i checked it out yesterday. However after browsing so many posts on expatwoman, i am now confused whether to buy Pure Blue or Blu shower filter ?!?! hhmm.... <em>edited by ShafzzZZ on 30/06/2013</em>

The thing is I don't really see any other option. We could redo the whole bathroom and then install a shower head with a filter from scratch I suppose but who knows how long we'll be living in that particular apartment...

hi love these products but do bear in mind the additional weight to be carried by your shower head holder and if it will take it. None of mine have in any of my homes.xx

hi sue... just had a look at the website.... i am planning on getting the actual shower head and the filter gets put into that from the Blu kiosk... I am sure that they both do the same thing though :-)

i have put my name down for them to call me when they have stock at the ibn battuta stall.... they thought that they may get them in this weekend so as soon as I hear something I will let you know.... I am not sure about the Pure Blue one.... maybe it could be worth looking at both to see which one you think will be better :-)

Not wanting to confuse things here, but there seem to be two shower filters with very similar names. We have the Pure Blue which is great and we change it every 4 months or so. Attachment and filter available at most pharmacies. www.h2opureblue.com

Hi Everyone After reading everyone's positive comments about the Blu Shower Head.... I have decided to get one.... however, the Ibn Battuta have sold out but are planning to get one in a couple of days and will give me a call when the new stock arrives, but, for those who already have one, they are doin an offer on the filters at the moment.... for a pack of 3 it is AED 139 but they are offering 6 for AED199.... so a saving of over 50%..... she has put some aside for me for when the new shower head arrives :-)
