What do you need to know for changing your job without be banned? Are these information correct?
-you need to have a diploma or license or you must be hired with a higher title
-the salary must be more than xxx dhs
-you need the NOC from your old employer
-how much do you need to pay for transferring the family residence visa if the new company does't pay?
Any good anvises are welcome! Thank you in advance

dont sign any papers for cancellation of your work permit while the first 6 months - you will be banned it doesnt matter if you resigned or you got determinated. Perhaps i would good to send your question to "Ask the lawer" of Gulfnews or call directly the ministry of labour.

Freezone to freezone no issues changing. Although the rule at Dafza used to be that you had to get a valid NOC to change to another company within Dafza It all depends on what you earn now as NOC's no longer exist ( As of Jan 2011) If you have worked outside the freezone and within 2 years. The below applies After 2 years it doesnt matter what you earn you can change Degree means you have to earn 12,000AED and above High School diploma less than 12,000AED ( For some reason i think it 6 or 8000) Now you cannot submit your high school diploma to get around it if you have a degree as there maybe a paper trail somewhere. There is a freephone number for the MOL 800-665 i think If you have a unlimited contract the above is all correct Limited contract if you break it within 3 years then you get a ban and have to pay an amount to your employer If they let you go then they have to pay you money Most companies have unlimited contracts as it is easier on both parties

I think it all depends on if you work in a freezone or not, where you are moving to and how long you have worked at the company.

Depends on: How long you worked there Where your present company is located where your new company is located
