I've baked with Jenan whole wheat flour and with the Al Baker Chakki Chapati Flour, and the only difference I've noticed is that the Chapati flour is ground up finer so you don't have those flakes of wheat dispersed through the flour. edited by Apricot on 07/05/2012

Its Atta flour and yes its wholegrain, its a strong flour so it can be rolled out very thin for the chapatti.

What kind of flour is it? Is it whole wheat? I want to learn to make whole wheat bread and like to experiment with different flours. To make a nutritious, healthy bread which flour(s) should I start off with? Just stick to whole wheat flour? edited by LuLee on 06/05/2012
