There is a compound called Palma Springs that is next to WIS, they are older type villas, low rise. There are some new villas, modern looking, white (I think) I think that is called Nakheel Villas, but not sure. No clue about landlords or contact names, sorry ! yes they are called that. I have a friend who lives in one - i think they are all bungalows

WIS = Wellington International School, sorry! In fact these villas are on the right after that exit from the SZR, so more behind Fraser Suites than the school if I am being honest (too many years here and I now describe place locations very loosely!). These villas are finished and have been there many years!
