Well tick tock, most places are already fully booked for the Dec/Jan period already. I had to sort all mine out in Sept.

After having an extremely expensive time at the vets this month, I wonder how you can afford to have pets. Boarding and medical are the 2 biggest expenses.

Gosh no, you can't have someone come in just once a day - that would be terribly unfair. Unfortunately, when you have pets, you have to realise the cost of looking after them. Homelypetz would be about as much as kenneling them and I seriously don't think they'd be happy only seeing the dogs once a day for all that time. Actually, if you check their website - they INSIST on two visits a day. One just isn't enough. edited by FairyDust on 25/11/2013

Oh wow. You can't just leave them for a few weeks with only a feeder.

Hi there. I am looking for a dog sitter to feed my 2 dogs (jack russle and a boarder collie) once a day from 16th December till 3rd Jan. I have tried homelypetz but they are not responding to my emails or calls. Will anyone in the Jumeirah Park area be able to help me? The kennels are asking a ridiculous amount of money. I am willing to pay for the visits. edited by clairebear on 25/11/2013
