No problem, I used it for myself (got sis' bf to download it as I dont have iPhone or BB) and it gave me completely different loads to what is on the portal system. THank goodness it did as it saved me from making a very bad mistake and taking a later flight. I got the last seat out right before severe weather grounded everything for the best part of a day!!

Ok thanks so much. And will do And to SkyKitty, thanks for your help the other day...FABS is the best thing ever! I've done my standby trip...was a bit tricky getting there but no drama getting home. We had a great few days way and the experience was pretty stress free thanks to your advice. Cheers.

Your nephew and nieces can only get tickets under wider eligiblilty (like others have already mentioned!). However, your sister needs to be on a confirmed ticket as well otherwise they will not issue a ticket for her children (ID50 not ID90). They will need proof of this. You also have to check which flight these are offered on (when it is busy, they may not offer these tickets). Hope this helps

they are not eligible, only your sister, but as mentioned you should still be able to get a wider elegibility ticket for the niece (but no ID90) Took me ages to find out the same thing as I wanted my sister & nephew/niece to come visit me here. Usually for marrieds the criteria is immediate family (so yes siblings but no to 'extended' family) but that's what the WE tickets are for. Let us know how you go, as I have not used those tickets myself yet and am curious about if they're any good or if they're better just buying a confirmed ticket on sale.

I am the spouse of employee and it used to be no to my sisters children but recently the wider eligibility criteria has changed to include lots more, so now not sure. I would definitely check.

Thanks louisedvs but if your collegue was the Emirates employee then she is entitled to bring her niece here. I'm the spouse of the employee and I want my sister and her daughter to come but I don't think they extend staff travel to my niece.....not being the employee myself.

I've checked the staff travel manual and it seems the answer is no but just thought I'd check. Are my sister's children eligible for staff travel. Obviously mys sister is and from what I can tell it's my DH's nieces and nephews who are eligible but NOT mine. Is that correct?
