And don't even get me started on the big fat pancake rolls. Not these piddly little spring rolls they serve up! The ones from our local at home are about 6 inches long and just full of fat! Why do they taste so good? I am also a fan of the sweet and sour balls but specifically the ones in batter, deep fried then with the polysterene container of shocking pink/red " sauce" ! I love the polysterene container of shocking pink/red " sauce"!!! My mouth is watering now. edited by Pinkleton on 01/02/2012

Please tell me too - there's nothing like it is there? Our local Chinese serves egg fried rice with chopped up carrots and other veg in it - CRIMINAL! Reminds me though the day my Dad ordered a takeaway over the telephone - he asked for chicken chow minge! :-P

I know exactly what you mean but unfortunately I haven't found anything here that quite fits the bill :( Will be interested to see the other replies though, I would love a Chinese from the little greasy takeaway around the corner from my house in the UK!
