Hi there, hoping someone out there can help me. My hubby has been told by a very reputable dentist here that he needs to have his tooth extracted due to the levels of decay and state that the tooth is now in. He'd visited this dentist to have a root canal completed, which had been started by a previous dentist. The previous dentist was even in two minds as to whether he even needed a root canal which is why we'd like to seek a second opinion before we proceed with an extraction. We have seen the x-rays and have no reason to doubt the professional opinion of the current dentist but would like a second opinion nevertheless.

Are there any dentists that anyone here can recommend? Many thanks.

I recommend him to many friends. he is at dr michaels clinic, um sqeuin. definitely best to always get a second opinion of these sort of this. my daughter went to see a pediatric dentist who said she needed all sorts of things, including crowns and she was only 6, took her to see dr chris and all she needed was a few small filling.

I would recommend doctor Madhu. My hubby is seeing him for dental implant and he's quite happy with how professional and thorough dr Madhu is. He comes highly recommended on expat woman also. Search previous threads. Best of luck

Hi Geordie Expat, have just called Nicholas & Asp and he no longer works there! Do you know where he's gone? He must just have left recently then as we only saw him in May. I'll have to get in touch with him.

Dr Neil Mitchel, Nicholas & Asp, Al Manzil. Brilliant dentist would never look any further than him.
