Yes its another of those Jumeirah something places that's not actually anywhere near Jumeirah. Jumeirah Park (formally known as Jumeirah Village North) was due for completion 2009, the developer is Nakheel and the project was stalled in 2010. Construction has restarted under a new schedule for completion set for 2012. In April this year is was said to be at 55% completion, one can only hope for the sake of those who invested in payment plans to purchase that they will eventually get their properties only 3 years late.

which ones are those? too many jum-something-or-others popping up like weeds everywhere. Do you know why your other thread got pulled? was in process of saying you could have the garden but it came with a small noisy dog, giant torti and several small person-sized holes attached :)
