Has anyone used them? I went in yesterday for waxing and threading (what felt like threading boot camp :o), both with the same lady and came out quite unhappy. But I don't want to write them off completely since they're super-convenient for me (just in the next building). If anyone's had a good experience with someone[u'> apart[/u'> from a lady called Elaine, I'd love to hear. TIA
