My impressions were:
Good location compared to many towers in JLT
Room sizes were quite small but layouts for many 2 bds were unique and nice
All rooms have top to bottom windows, so plus is that rooms will be well lit
Negatives would be high cost for curtains and rooms facing SZR or South side will get very hot in summer as sun shines directly on them after 2pm because there are no towers ahead of it.
Can't help you with that building, however, I lived in Global Lake View which is cluster E near to the metro station. I was really happy there and the price was reasonable....plus they have a park and shop which is my favourite place to do the grocery shop!

Me and my husband moved to Dubai a week back and are looking for an apartment in JLT. I read lots of previous posts pertaining to JLT and various apartment buildings with pros and cons.
Does anyone have any reviews about Lakeside Residence, a new building next to Movenpick?
