And also by cooking well meat and fish. Cooking off meat doesn't make it less off just like cooking off vegetables does not make them less off. What I meant was that I can wash off dirt and where fingers have been from vegetables more effectively but it is more difficult with meat as it doesn't have a protective outer layer like a capsicum for example.

There have been reports before about meat having reached the use by date being repackaged and labled and put out for sale ! And this was done by the well known supermarkets !

Ewwwwww I bought meet from spinnys when I opened it within date it smelt off and was turning green ment to take it back but never got around to it yuk!!!!!!

Food safety isn't something to be taken lightly - this can kill you, especially the elderly and young. Disgusting.

Is spinneys, carrefour in the 97 % ???? :\::\: Carrefour would definitely be on the list I'd think. You almost ALWAYS see a thick strand of hair in their lamb packs. That ugly sight is enough to turn anyone vegetarian... atleast for a week.

What d they mean by retailer ? scary ! The shops that sell us the meat and fish! This means 97% of all shops that carry meat and fish are not practising proper or adequate public health and hygiene standards. Scary Indeed! Is spinneys, carrefour in the 97 % ???? :\::\:
