I use maldon sea salt - on the whole i find it is always better to use natural produce rather than some chemical stuff.
Perhaps if you need a low salt diet, just use less or something that is naturally salty such as anchovies or capers.
The first time I cooked with it. I throw out the rice. Thought it was the rice. The second time I added it to a salad and realised it was the salt ;) ewww :(
Its the only type of salt I use. :)
Just checked. The brand is not Nezo its called LOSalt. I have never tasted an aftertaste with it.
