Thats great moonbeam, I hope one day I'll get to 3rd level too lol, it seems so far but I'm sure you'll get great results after your done. Let me know how it goes and if you've seen any differences. I just finished level 1 Day 5, it seems easier and the aches and pains have gone at last.

So I moved onto level 3 today, Oh my gosh what a killer!!! I actually got a headache! I feel good though!

I started this on Friday and I still can't walk!! I haven't done it since as have been in so much pain but I think I will force myself tonight and try to do it every day, I would love to see results. I am so surprised at how much it hurts, it was 20 minutes 3 days ago! Amazing.

Welcome Natalie, I'm also with the FB group that you talking about, its great! Well I have PCOS so its really hard for me to just loose weight like that. For some reason I seem to be naturally fit, I mean my stamina is good, I can keep up, but still the weight will take ages to actually budge. Saying that though, even though the scales are not telling me what I want, I FEEL great. My clothing seem to fit better, my arms and legs have more definition. So I guess its doing something. I will keep you updated though. So today I thought I would be smug and shock my body, I went straight into level 3!! WELL....you should have seen me panting and grunting. Even I had to laugh at myself, never mind DD!! It was tuff. I did it though, after doing level 3 I did level 2. I am happy to report I will be sticking to level 2 just a tad bit longer!!;) :)

Hi everyone, I saw this thread and thought I should give the 30 day shred ago :). I've done my first day today and it went well, I expected I was going to be unfit and ofcourse my expectations were right :P. Fr!zzyBuzY you can do it, just think about the end of the month with exciting results that will motivate you. I'm not sure about doing the shred every other day as I'm not sure if the results will be the same but just remember it's only 20 mins a day:) You can definitely do it! Thanks for the encouragement UAE2012. I was so close in not doing level 1 this morning but I did it in the end! Day 1 Level 1 done and many more to come .... LOL How did you do today? Yay!!! Go Fr1zzyBuZy, I knew you can do it :). I just finished Level 1 Day 2, and I actually feel like its abit easier then yesterday but I'm definitely aching. You'll definitely feel the aches and pains tomorrow especially the legs.

ME ME ME ME!!!!! ok I gather you get how keen I am! ;) I did today, and 30 min of treadmil after :) Hi moonbean Question, do you run on the treadmill or fast walking with incline..I cant run, I look hideous! lol Hi I run on an incline, I normall have it on 4. Lucky for me the treadmill is in my bedroom, so only my 4 month DD to watch me! she does break out in a laugh every so often so enough said!;) LOL! have you seen results with mixing other excercise with the shred. I will try and do the shred everyday but not sure how this is going to work at the wkends? did you manage to do level 1 and 2 ??? your brave!

I have not done any form of exercise at all the last 2 days! Just too much going on and not finding the time (or maybe not looking for the time!) So I intend to do level 1 and 2 2moro. I'm sure it will kill me, but I need to make up! How is everyone else doing?

Morning all Great to those manage to stick to eat. Im struggling to get back to it and just weigh myself, wish I didnt! arghhh havent lost anything ive gained 2 kilos!! I did so well before I left for the summer to UK. Its time of the month (which is not helping) i guess thats where the xtra kilos came from :( and I feel so bloated and **** So, my question is Do you ladies do other workouts with the shred and do you see results? Im getting bored with the routine everyday and Im thinking of doing the shred every other day and the days am not doing shred thinking of mixing it with either Pilates, Aerobics and Gym..What do you think? Will it work? Am I suppose to do the shred everyday religiously..?? Also what dumbell weights you all using atm im 1kg = 2lbs I need to see quick results so am trying to workout 5 days a week and rest at the wkend.. I need encouragement and right now I feel am back to square one :( TIA

Just found this thread whilst searching to see if anyone else was doing the Shred :) I've done 10 days level 1, and today did Day 2 of Level 2 so been at it just under two weeks. I don't weigh myself as such but my clothes are definitely fitting better! Not dieting as such but making sensible choices :) Nice to meet you all :)

I started, but I was already on level 2 when this thread started, so not sure if I should carry on or start level 1 again?? So far so good though. My arms feel a lot firmer, so do my legs. Do hope this works

Am definitely in! But I still plan to finish my last 2 sessions of the shred that I started back in August just so I can say I've sort of finished it once at least!! I started Hypoxi a couple of weeks ago and have had my dad visiting and just haven't had the time to do it, but will definitely finish it this week and then start all over again! Let's all try to encourage each other :)

Count me in. Going to start again from day 1 since I missed out the weekend for which my thigh muscles are eternally grateful. Thanks for starting again I need a PUSH. Sadistic behaviour is not in my DNA. Going to measure my wobbly bits and see what the diff is at the end of the month. x
