Problems watching Bein Sprorts English Premier League in English

Who Else has problems with watching the English Premier League in English via Du.
We subscribe to Beinsports via Du, And mostly can't watch English Premier League matches in English!!!
The only channel in English is 11 and 12!!!
There are other matches on other channels but there are no secondry audio options. This is ridiculous, this is the only reason we subscribe if we can't watch matches in English there is no point.
An example today on channel 7 an English Premiership match only in Arabic no English language option. Tottenham vs Southampton.
Has anyone had an explanation either from Du or Bein Sports.
