URGENT!!! Wedding Dress gone wrong

Hi Ladies,
My sister had her wedding dress tailor made and yesterday we saw the end result which is exactly the opposite of what we wanted. We had bought very expensive fabric and wanted an A-Line wedding dress...we got something else entirely. The tailor said they cannot alter the dress...the wedding is in the first week of September....does anybody know of any really good tailors who can remake the dress by patching it maybe? ...Please only recommend from personal experience as there is no time to try any tailors.
