Househunting is so much fun in the summer ;-D
Does anyone know where to narrow the search to find 3 bedroom house for rent with a pulldown/auto garage or any enclosed carspace as opposed to open carports.
Budget is: 140AED per annum or under if can manage it
Ideal areas, New Dubai, Jumeirah, Springs, Ranches, Al Barsha, Al Quoz, Umm Sq, Jumeirah 2/3.
The only I have found is in a 200K Jumeirah property or Falcon City has these kind of garages but is a long way out...
thanks for any advice to narrow the search down to compound clusters or certain estates or places where you have seen them allowed...thanks so much
