Hi Corin, Is this the company [url=http://appliancesrepairdubai.com/'>link[/url'> If so then it was me who recommended them on here and I am truly sorry. When they came to fix our fridge last year they did a real good job. We had about 3 cowboys out before this company and they were the only one who fixed it properly, plus their price was very reasonable. I don't often recommend companies on here, but I thought they deserved a mention since they did such a good job. Now I wish I hadn't. Go on the following site and get their license details by clicking on Trade Names http://eservices.dubaided.gov.ae/Pages/Anon/GstHme.aspx?lid=1 (I have already checked and they do have a current license with the DED) Then if you check the above website in the link (and it is the company), you will see many contact numbers. sms all the numbers telling them you have their license details and if they don't come and fix your washing machine properly you'll contact consumer rights to lodge a complaint. http://www.consumerrights.ae/en/Aboutus/Pages/Contactus.aspx [i'>In all instances you will be expected to provide your name and contact details, full details of the retailer/service provider and a description of the case to be lodged. You should ensure that all supporting documents related to the case are with you at the time of lodging your complaint. The Consumer Protection division will provide you with a unique case number which should be quoted when enquiring about the progress of your case which we will seek to resolve within two working days.[/i'> I would post their name on here, but I don't think you can name and shame, but for what it's worth, they have fixed a few things in the past for other people that I know with no issues, and my fridge is still working. But if it is the company you had dealings with I will delete any of my recommendations. edited by Alismum on 11/06/2014

Good Day ladies, My washing machine stopped working two weeks ago. i called a number that I found on here for a repair company in Satwa. They came that day, collected my machine, called me the next day and said it needed a new drum and they could replace for a cost of 550.00Dhs so I said go ahead. They brought it back the next day and it was working fine. A few washes later i notice that one three things inside of the machine is now hanging off. (Sorry dont know name of item!!) I called them back, they collected my machine and said they would mend. They returned the next day and were very quick to try and leave. I made them wait until I checked it. The job they did at attaching the thing back on was very rough, so bad I told them it would prob damage some clothes. The delivery people said they werent responsible and to ring the office.... I rang the office and then was told they didnt give me a new drum the first time just repaired existing one and this wasn't their fault as they didnt touch the inside of the machine. I argued that I was told I was getting a new drum but got nowhere in the end. Then after another few washes this item has come off again...I have tried to call them every day since Sat and first day they said they would come Sun. They never appeared. When I called they wudnt answer, so I called from a different mobile... again i was told the next day. I am still waiting for them to come... but am so angry that they have done this I feel determined to keep ringing them... but feel sometimes I am wasting my time. Has anyone any advice for me on what route I should take.... Thanks
