All are good if the goal of your diet is to lose weight. If you are on low sodium diet than you should pick the one that has the lowest amount of sodium (Na). This is written on the label. But then, it is much better to cut your salt intake then to be worried about type of water you're drinking. edited by Jass on 02/03/2012 The sodium content of bottled water is pretty irrelevant for adults really. To remain healthy in such an extreme climate it's important to take in enough salt in your diet. So, I don't think it makes any difference which brand you go for aline. Choose the one that tastes best to you.

Personally I don't think there is a big difference. I would always opt for local water as it hasn't been transported around the world. I prefer Al Ain as well. If you want to know a bit more about Fiji Water, check here: http://www.ehow.com/about_5093277_fiji-water.html

it depends what for. Don't use Evian for babies bottles, as when you boil it, it goes funky. DD prefers Fiji I prefer Al Ain....plain and simple! can you explain a bit more what happens when you boil the evian? I use this water, and sometimes I give it to my babies!!!! OP, if you want to loose weight, go for a water that has a lower sodium content - Arwa is particularly low. I know all the fashion models and hollywood celbs love Fiji water - don't know why though!

Of these I would choose Contrex first and then Volvic, just personal preference.. But what's wrong with Al Ain or even Masafi? I too prefer Al Ain edited by Lilli34 on 01/03/2012
