Hello. Does anyone know any salons here in Dubai that do ombre hair coloring? Or maybe could recommend a very good colorist? Thanks.

Can they do this with blonde hair? I want to go darker with my hair but dont want all my hair dark and think ombre would be a nice solution for me. Darker on top,light towards the end. Can it be done in one session? I'm not sure if they could do it in one session, I think it might depend on how blonde you are & how dark brown you want?? My hairdresser has been gradually lightening up my hair over a few months & then I had it done more noticably yesterday. My hair was pretty dark though.

I had ombre colouring done to my hair today, I go to Georgie at Pastels. She did an amazing job, it looks great!! (if I do say so myself - hehe).

I have been going to sisters at Dubai mall for the last 18 months to have my hair ombré. My initial stylist has left but I now see Calena and she does a great job, my hair is very dark brunette bad throws red, I have battled with this along with the bleaching drying your hair but is managed with regularly going back to have a ash shade of toner applied. I have also had this done at Salon Ink.

Ladies I would go to the expert in Dubai when it comes to colour Maria Dowling. I have literally had people follow me to ask where I have my hair colored, and I can guarantee after EVERY visit to the salon to have my color re done someone will compliment me on my hair colour. 04 4254225 for an appointment I have been going to her for over 14 years, so I can safely say I'm a very happy client :)

Bump. I read an article in the MOE mag that Sisters Salon was open at MOE now and in the article they mentioned that Ombré style and Bayalege (sp?) foils are trending. But I don't know if they have done them on anyone or if they are good. Have you Ladies had any luck yet? ETA I just found Salon Ink in Jumeirah has a good review from one customer for Ombre, has anyone tried Salon Ink and how easy is it to get an appointment? <em>edited by sparkly on 10/08/2012</em>

Thanks, Tried them and came out with red roots, ashy middle and honey colored ends - quiet a rainbow on my head! The colorist confessed that she's never done this before, so can't hold it against her, but my search for an ombre-specialist continues...
