You need to send them to the louboutin repair shop, there’s one in London near Bond Street. Don’t get them done in Dubai.

Crazy isn't it for that money. I got a pair for Christmas (real, I was in the shop when purchased!) and the soles look a right state (I only wear them occasionally). I checked on the official website and the only place that is mentioned in the 'repairs' section is Paris. Actually, the fact that they have a 'where do I repair my Louboutins' section on their website isn't very encouraging, is it?! Sigh...
